Amazing location and view. The design is nice. I’d suggest to bring some improvements to make customers more comfortable and willing to come back…
the way they organised the lines “take away” or “eat here” is not obvious, and they’re not guiding the customers, even the machine to take ticket is not so visible, so it’s creating a crowd of people around the counter desk, people ordering not having ticket, others have the ticket but can not order, it’s mess.
when you ordered your food with this big effort already, you need to do extra work - get the food by yourself and bring it to the table. But you can not pick it up right after the order and payment because they need to prepare it, so you need to stay and wait. Again - mess and crowd.
I think it would be better for then to get the order and payment, and allow you to sit at the table, and they should bring the order to your table. Less mess. More organisation and more customer satisfaction.
If it’s sunny day, it’s tooooo hot to sit there, and seems like they’re baking bread right in the same space, so the oven is creating a lot of hotness. Not sure about the technical plan before the constitution, but I think they should use another part of their space for baking process or/and use the air conditioning.
the tables inside are placed so close to each other - when you go with your food or already eating, it’s quite easy to touch the person at the next table. So, more space between the tables would be very beneficial
tables outside are made from metal and don’t have any pillows to sit to take care about the heath.
the people working there are not polite and welcoming
everyday some good with no price, and when you ask employee, they can not answer and guess🤨
Looking forward for the improvement because it’s good to have this kind of place at this location( remembering the previous place at same location that was closed after few...
Read moreToo business-like mechanic. Even at a chain like Pizza Hut I have a more humane atmosphere. The watershed moment is when the bad music gives way to a self-commercial and its .99-ish MBA-like marketing tone. Then you know you're in a machine, not in a 'padaria portuguesa'. I had a nice salmon sandwich but the machine taste spoils anything
An excellent point is it does not have electronic screens, This may perhaps make it worth it if I need it very much, given I have headphones on
Update: I tried it again because the places I go were closed. The staff was warm. The music was bad and the pathetic self-advertisement also. But later it was silent. Excuse me to say that the clients got me worried about where humanity is heading to.. quite in contrast with the toned employees. But that's a nowadays thing, not up to...
Read moreA mess of a ticket ordering system left customers bewildered. They have one menu but no point in looking for it as they don't have what's on it. The worst aspect is the shitty service from the staff. I got eye rolling when I asked what was in the rolls with the suggestion that I should just look and guess whether a sandwich contained ham, salmon or egg. The food was pretty average when I eventually got something but again poor service. No cutlery, and more eye rolling when asking for salt or pepper.
Despite their assurances, management are clearly ignoring the awful service issue. When did they last assess customer feedback for example? Who is the day manager and why are they failing to set standards? It's basic stuff but you need to care about...
