As a word of warning: the starters they you at the start of your meal are very much not free and will set you back around 10eur; there is not really much of a chance to refuse these, hence why I'm taking one star off my review. On the upside, they are indeed very good, with the bacalhau salad being perhaps the best out of the three. I also had the sardines (very affordable for the quantity that you get, but be prepared that they have all the guts in them still) and I was very full at the end of the meal. The house vinho verde was also very enjoyable and I got much more of it than in any of the other restaurants I've eaten at. The waiters were also very friendly, if a little overbearing at times, even though they didn't really speak much English. I really love the grilled squid... my parents fell in love with the sardinhas and the dourada. The waitress was patient (even if we french guys try to learn a little portuguese, we get often really lost haha) and absolutely kind with us, she took time to explain me the fishes I was looking at (how beautiful the choice is).
