We had super duper fantastic dinner here. The food we had was hake, horse mackerel, and normal mackerel for the main, and some vegetables, a bottle of wine and dessert.
At first we were struggling what to order but they helped us by showing and explaining the fish in the showcase. We also had no idea what wine to order and they let us taste some so we decided to order their house white wine. The wine was so good, suit with the fish, and it was literally made by the former owner of the restaurant! Fish was all so tasty, and we can’t forget mentioning about the onion garlic sauce they got us for potato, that was superb. We were so full but couldn’t resist for their dessert so we had coffee peanuts cake and baked apple, I liked the apple especially. Overall amazing food and amazing service 100%...

It's a must if your group is bigger. One final note....they do not...
Read moreRei da Sardinha Assada is a hidden gem where simplicity meets excellence. The atmosphere is refreshingly down-to-earth, capturing the essence of old-school charm. Their seafood, especially the grilled sardines, is outstanding - truly deserving of the title ‘King of Sardines’. The combination of perfectly grilled sardines, fresh salad, tasty potatoes, crisp bread, and Supper Bock beer makes for a delightful meal. The service is ok, complementing their very reasonable prices. This place stands out in an area with many options, particularly for its popularity among locals rather than tourists. A genuine, unpretentious culinary experience that comes highly...
