The whole experience reminded me of childhood so much I almost cried... We took beef and chicken chebureki as well as one homemade lemonade. The cashier and chef where both amazing, speaking Portuguese to my partner and Russian to me. The chef proposed to us to try the chicken with dill cheburek, and it hit home as it reminds me of my grandma's kotletki... Both chebureki were juicy, well spiced, crunchy and yummy. We had such an explosion of different spices in the mouth, we did a little happy dance. My only minus, is that the lemonade is not to my taste. But if you are in the area (easy to find parking g on the street), want to try a Slavic specialty, craving for warm and caring welcome and advice, this is the place to be. Read moreI first tried Cheburek in this wonderful, cozy place, run by a friendly family. It is DIVINE! The dough resembles Brazilian “pastel”, but lighter. The filling is full of quality and flavour.
