Café do Largo — Restaurant in Nazaré

Very rude staff/owner we sat outside, my elderly sister uses a walker … a sign advised that orders were taken inside rather than at the table so I went inside to ask for menus and the lady just shrugged and gestured with both hands to the display cabinet… I explained that my elderly sister who uses a walker couldn’t manage the steps up to the counter would like to view a menu to which a male member of staff said we don’t have menus, what are you looking for … lunch? …. I replied yes please to which he said well, we are not about lunch, we are more about coffee … despite the fact that people were sat at tables eating tostas etc … I distinctly felt discriminated against as I was English and that they were not bothered about our custom. Absolute disgusting behaviour, avoid this establishment if you can, I’ve never felt...

I recently moved to Nazare, and I am on the hunt for a good coffee shop here. Went to a few places and was eager to try the one on the cliff... I ordered a big latte, like the customer before me had. Instead, I got a small cappucino... It wouldn't be a big problem for me, but I couldn't really enjoy it even in a sun with a stunning view in front of me... Just because this place is run by rude and unpassionate couple, who looks like they are there for a punishment. To work with people and for people it's better if you like them. Wont you come back...

Não visitem este espaço! Hoje entrei neste café com o meu filho de apenas 4 meses e com os meus pais, dirigimo-nos à funcionária e com educação cumprimentamos com boa tarde e perguntamos se podíamos usar o fraldário, em resposta de forma super arrogante levamos logo com um "vão consumir?", nós dissemos que era óbvio senão não tínhamos ido a um café, nisto volto a perguntar se tem fraldário, a resposta que levo é negativa, pergunto se conseguem arranjar forma de o trocar , no que me é respondido "troque-o no chão", eu surpresa respondo logo "deve estar a brincar comigo não? Acha mesmo que vou trocar o meu filho no chão? Nem em minha casa, quanto mais num chão de casa de banho pública!", funcionária "minha senhora não posso fazer nada". Essa "senhora", nem sei se lhe posso chamar disso, aparentava ter idade para ser minha mãe mas posso-lhe dizer (se estiver a ler isto) que eu com 25 anos consigo ter muita mais educação do que você! E pode ter a certeza que não exigi livro vermelho para a sua falta de educação porque não me queria estar a chatear enquanto tinha o meu filho comigo. Você é mulher e teve 0 empatia com a situação quando eu disse que precisava mesmo de trocar o meu filho, se você tivesse noção podia muito bem tentar arranjar -me uma solução e ser mais educada na resposta. E posso dizer que só avalio com 1 estrela porque não dá para avaliar...
