I wish I could give zero to this place. Stay away from it. Horrible food and bad customer service. I do not speak Portuguese and was ordering in English and every time the waiter was rolling his eyes. The egg sandwich was frozen and when I asked to warm it up he brought it back, and it still was cold. Of course, I did not even touch it. I asked for yogurt, and he suggested granola, which was only one spoon of yogurt, and most of it was terrible tasting granola and jam. Even coffee was disgusting. All food contains tons of allergens, sulfites and chemicals not consumable by people. They are even worse than any fast food chains in the US.

The prices at this BAGGA are noticeably higher than at other locations. Is this price increase and the lack of menus due to tourism? As a local, it doesn’t make sense to pay €3.20 for a Pão de Deus Misto without a menu option. I can understand why many residents no longer come here. I asked why? They said they’re not Bagga anymore (meanwhile using baggas uniform and logos everywhere) The people working there are nice but I won’t go anymore - will not support this scam.

Arrived to Ponta Delgada on a red eye flight. Came into the main city to kill off some time before our hotel check in and ran across Bagga by chance because we just wanted a place to sit down have a snack and get some coffee. Amazed by how quick and cheap our breakfast came out to be- we had an fresh squeezed orange juice, 2 espressos, a tart and a croissant and it came out to be less than 5 euros. No bathroom inside, bathroom is in the grocery...
