PTM DownTown Brunch&Cocktails — Restaurant in Portimão

My boyfriend and I recently visited this restaurant and were quite disappointed with the experience. The owner had a strange and unpolite attitude. When an employee made a mistake, she corrected her unprofessionally in front of the customers. Additionally, the owner treated us differently, without being polite, without saying "thank you" or "excuse me". She simply placed the food on the table and left. We certainly will not be returning.

Furthermore, the Caesar salad did not have the original dressing, zero parmesan, and had too much vinegar. The cappuccino also did not meet the expectations for a brunch. ——— FR

Mon copain et moi avons récemment visité ce restaurant et nous avons été très déçus par l'expérience. La propriétaire bizarre . Lorsqu'une employée a fait une erreur, elle l'a corrigée de manière non professionnelle devant les clients. De plus, la propriétaire nous a traités différemment, sans être polie, sans dire "merci" ou "excusez-moi". Elle a simplement posé la nourriture sur la table et est partie. Nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

En outre, la salade César n'avait pas la sauce originale, il n'y avait pas de parmesan, et elle contenait beaucoup de vinaigre. Le cappuccino ne répondait pas non plus aux attentes pour un brunch.

Eu e o meu namorado fomos recentemente a este restaurante e ficámos bastante desapontados com a experiência. A dona tinha uma atitude estranha, nada educada e muito menos gentil e amigável. Quando uma funcionária cometeu um erro, ela corrigiu-a de forma pouco profissional, em frente aos clientes. Além disso, a dona tratou-nos de maneira diferente, sem ser educada, sem dizer "obrigado" ou "com licença". Limitou-se a colocar a comida na mesa e saiu. Certamente não voltaremos.

Além disso, a salada Caesar não tinha o molho original, não tinha parmesão e estava com bastante vinagre. O cappuccino também não correspondeu às expectativas...

Beautifully decorated cafe - very clean with yummy food and very efficient staff.

You have to go to the till to order and pay. This system seems to work well.

We had a full English breakfast, a yogurt fruit bowl, French toast and 2 coffees each. We really enjoyed the food. My only comment would be that the French toast should have the fruit served on the side - while it looked pretty in top it did make the French toast a bit soggy.
