Staff was nice, the place was cozy. Got it just to get some dessert, didn’t recognize the desserts but decided to give it a go 1 for me and 1 for my girlfriend, 6€ each so I was expecting a decent portion and a good dessert for 12€ total. In the picture you can see the size of each piece 12€ total let me remind you again, the dessert itself very poor a very subtle flavor of nuts nothing special almost no flavor at all. I didnt ask for a refund only if they could add one more piece at least to try to justify the 12€, they told me they couldn’t do that because they always show the dessert before selling it (yes indeed a tray 50 by 50cm) then cut it behind the counter where I couldn’t see the portion that was being cut and I’m 1.86m and ask for the payment before the food was even packaged as the waiter said “wait only 2 minutes” (and I trusted), I can confidently say I wouldn’t spend even 1.5€ on it not worth it at all and as a first impression of a different food from a different country I’ll definitely never return and would suggest anyone that goes there not to get the dessert and expect highly overpriced dishes. You will pay around 25/30€...
Read moreUpdate 2. You say you need to communicate with your guests, but you didn't update your schedule in Google. You did it right after I left a comment. Google updates in 10 minutes. So, I was right, you just don't care. And you should never block guests, nevermind the content (and it was sarcastic, but never inappropriate).
You perfectly deserve one star.
Update. Banned me on Instagram right after my comment about schedule. They said that Google just didn't updated it, but it's lie. They just don't bother about it.
Schedule was incorrect. The only correct schedule is in Instagram stories. Of course it changed right after I came here. Guys, please, hide your work schedule even more. No one should see it. There is absolutely no reason to keep it in the post in a text version, no reason to keep it findable. Only in stories. Everyone who goes to the restaurant watches Instagram...
Read moreI was curious to try Georgian and Armenian cuisine and I was glad to see there's such a restaurant in Porto. We ordered dolma, a seasonal dish, khinkali, pkhali and kompot to drink—and everything was fantastic. I've never tried these combinations of flavors and I loved these dishes. Everything was fresh and, as far as I can say, really authentic. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. I'm looking forward to going back soon to try more stuff on the menu.
The only thing I didn't personally like and I'd recommend to improve was the dessert. The paklava was sold out so we ordered the Nani pie, a pretty standard lemon cake that I found too dry (and undercooked). I'm sure that must have been a one-time thing and it is usually...
