Avoid. They apparently didn't have half of the menu available and for the half they "did", one of the guys went shopping and came back with it. TWICE. Horrible wait times.
The food itself was OK* once it arrived. Chicken tikka masala and samosas were tasty while the garlic naan, biryani rice waren't. Bhaaji/pakoras were fine, nothing special.
They made several mistakes with the drinks and we were already done with the food by the third time the waiter approached, so we "accepted" the upsell wine he gave us. The bill also had mistakes: stuff we never ordered, and stuff we did but never got. In the end the prices were very high considering the food and bad service.
Went there for lunch and the place was totally empty besides the owner, chef and waiters/friends. The owner and waiters were actually pretty nice with us but didn't answer our questions properly. A group sat down while we were waiting for our orders to get cooked. The same guy from before went to grab groceries again, this time for them. Read moreUnexpected amazing Indian food in the heart of Porto. The place is humble but the food is as flavorful as you can find Indian food anywhere in the world. We had Veg Biryani and Chilly Paneer with Garlic Naan on Day 1. The Veg Biryani was AWESOME. We liked the food so much, that next day we came to the restaurant again and had the Veg Biryani again and Chicken Tikka (Dry) with Chapati. As we were leaving very satisfied, we saw the chef making Samosas (fresh) and savored the taste of Samosas, one each of Veg and Chicken which were tasty. We heard from the customers that their Dal Makhani and Chicken dishes are amazing too. The chef served a complimentary Gulab Jamun which was amazing too. If you savor an amazing Indian food but are not too flustered with the ambience, this is the place to have an...

It was hot (in both meanings), served fast and while only the the young waiter was the one who spoke English, both the mature man and the woman behind the counter were very concerned on how it tasted and that we feel good. They only accept Portuguese cards...
