Review :

Staff : some are friendly, but the manager / man in charge is not a friendly person, very rude and arrogant, treats delivery people very bad.

Pickup window: he refused to let me in with my pizza bag even tho it was freezing cold outside. I understand not wanting drivers stand inside the small space with bags but that was not the case. I waited outside until the order was ready then walked in to pick up the pizza with the bag open( basicly hand me the boxes I places them in the bag and walk out) he started yelling bags outside no bags very authoritarian and rude. I stated it’s freezing outside I just went to place the pizza in the bag. He started yelling I left placed the bag outside went inside picked up the pizza then went outside and placed in the bag. This is not the first time the staff here are rude to delivery people.

Pickup again? : No I will not be picking up food from here again. And I really hope they change the way they treat drivers.

Compare: there is another branch not too far away and they always ALWAYS treated me with respect. It’s just this locations staff.

Extremely disappointing experience. We ordered two pizzas but only received one. After waiting 20 minutes, we had to ask about the second one, and only then did they even start making it. There was no manager on site, and when the boss was called, we were told nothing could be done unbelievable. The waiter later said he didn’t understand us correctly, but this could have easily been avoided by asking more questions or repeating the order at the end, which is standard practice. In the end, they offered us desserts as compensation, but we were already full and had to take them away because they couldn’t do anything else. Hoje à noite fui jantar no restaurante com meu esposo. Ao chegarmos, um senhor muito simpático (infelizmente não lembro o nome) nos perguntou se havíamos feito reserva, ao que respondemos que não. Mesmo sem reserva prévia, este senhor nos deu opção de sentarmos dentro do recinto ou na esplanada, pois tinha mesas vagas apesar do restaurante estar bem movimentado. Escolhemos por ficar na parte interna do restaurante. Quem atendeu a nossa mesa foi um rapaz chamado Miguel. Atendimento excelente da parte dele. Uma simpatia de pessoa e super atencioso. Pedimos sugestão do Miguel sobre quais sabores de pizza eram mais pedidos. Escolhemos pedir uma metade salmão e metade galinha com natas, seguindo a recomendação. Demorou para chegar, cerca de uns 40-50min. Neste intervalo pedimos ao Miguel para perguntar quanto tempo demoraria, pois observamos que outros clientes que haviam chegado depois de nós já tinham seus pedidos à mesa, enquanto o nosso estava demorando. Como estávamos na parte interna, conseguíamos ver a parte da cozinha e o momento em que o Miguel perguntou ao senhor da cozinha (não sei se era o chef ou auxiliar). Ao que este senhor olhou para nossa mesa e fez cara de desdém, como se estivesse a fazer pouco caso. O Miguel retorna e informa que nosso pedido já está no forno. A pizza finalmente chegou após alguns minutos. Estava boa, mas não havia um sabor marcante ou tão especial. Uma sugestão para a casa é disponibilizar uma espátula para pizza para que os clientes possam se servir. De sobremesa pedimos tiramissu e panna cotta de frutos vermelhos. Meu esposo achou o tiramissu ok. Eu gostei bastante da panna cotta. Um detalhe importante que não nos foi transmitido: ao pedir a pizza com 2 sabores é cobrado o valor da mais cara. Isto não foi informado quando fizemos o pedido. É um detalhe a ter atenção. Perguntamos ao Miguel para confirmar e ele disse que era isso mesmo. Apesar de certos pontos que não nos agradou 100%, queremos voltar num segundo momento e provar outros pratos da casa. Esperamos ter uma experiência ainda melhor numa segunda visita.
