SUSHICOME — Restaurant in Setúbal

I would not recommend this place. Went there last time with some friends and was very much disappointed! First of I find the idea of the menu very cute but the management of that was terrible. The orders were coming every 5-10 min and on top of that we never really received half of our orders. There was a table who came in later than us and they received there food straight away ,all together. Also the food was not so good, sometimes questionable. The tuna was not fresh! I’m not that type of person to spit food out ,but this old bad tuna took me off guard. I was scared that I would get food poisoning ,so I kept the recipe for safety. Also not my type of atmosphere and the light over our table was broken and constantly flickering. Service was also not good, they have problems of communication. ...

Me and my girlfriend are regulars of other Sushicome restaurants, and I'm sadden to say that this is, in fact, the worst we've visited so far.

Besides the place itself not being very approachable, what makes me give this rating was the sushi. Which is always what we are looking forward the most. The fish didn't feel fresh, the rice was dry (like it was from the day before) and the cream cheese tasted off.

The food itself (besides the sushi) was okay, it was what saved us from starving for 14€.

If you want the real deal for Sushicome, please take yourself to one of their restaurants either in Laranjeiras, Marquês de Pombal or Campo de Ourique.

We arrived past dinnertime at hotel, delighted we could order UberEats. It was the worst Sushi in history. Soggy tempura, chicken dumplings what? Won ton soup x2! Like oxebroth with leafed and tofu dice. No mushrooms. I’m not even going to start on the mixed sushi. 30 different ways of slimy salmon, layered with soggy tuna. No ginger. Although we ordered some.
