Pastelaria Bolacha Piedade — Restaurant in Setúbal

As I was driving up north on my way back from a vacation in Algarve I thought of stopping by Setúbal and grabbing a pack of my favourite crackers. Google said the Pastelaria would be closed by the time we passed by Setúbal. I still tried my luck and called to see if perhaps today, by any chance, they would close later in the day. It was not the case. However, the Portuguese are way too kind and won't tell you no without giving you an alternative. The owner immediately offered an option that would satisfy my cravings: after closing hours, I could still drop by and get my crackers from the cleaning lady. And so it was. J'y viens juste pour les biscuits à l'anis, qui me font rappeler mon enfance de la foire de Setúbal. Ils sont bon, sans plus, au moins ils se conservent longtemps. J'avais pour habitude de réaliser cet achat dans une autre pâtisserie, mais à défaut de vente, ils ont arrêté la production.
