Calm vibes early September. 4 tables outside and we only discovered how nice it was once we sat down. Good service and friendly price. We enjoyed to the fullest. Homemade cake was so good we took one for the road. Also enjoyed the scones with delicious clotted cream. Bought a cup of red pepper which she sells for a good cause ❤️. The sourdough bread of my husband’s tuna sandwich was remarkably good too. If she would have sold the bread we would have bought that to take home too.

Die Besitzerin ist unglaublich freundlich(natürlich auch ihr Mann😉)Gemütliche Außenplätze genau wie innen.Die Toiletten sind für portugiesische Verhältnisse unverschämt sauber!Da kann sich der Rest gerne ein Stück von abschneiden!1a👍!Hier gibt es tollen selbstgemachten Kuchen sowie Bier vom Fass!Desweiteren kann man hier das ein oder andere Champions/Euro League Spiel Live on TV verfolgen.Absolut angemessene Preise und tollen Service.Diese Ausnahme Erscheinung liegt wie der Name schon sagt auf dem halben Weg unterhalb der Burg.Also Leute!Wer nach Silves kommt der besucht meistens sowieso die Burg.Da ist es PFLICHT hier auf dem Weg vor oder nach der Burgbesichtigung einzugehen und sich verwöhnen zu lassen.Wenn's nach mir geht am besten beides.Das Kaffee hat erst dieses Jahr eröffnet und verdient "supportet" zu werden!Danke für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!10 von 5 möglichen 💫en.C'Ya next Year!🤟

Lovely experience at this very quirky and unique little café, run by a wonderfully bright and super friendly couple, where we stayed much longer than originally intended as we were having such a great time in their company! Very welcoming hosts, delicious homemade and very affordable lunch, and a most unusual setting: right on the inside of the city wall! Definitely worth a stop by, on your way up to or down from the castle and church at the top of the hill. Don't forget to ask for anecdotes, advice and tips for visiting the city!...

Went here for the first time today whilst on holiday in Portugal. Absolutely loved it. Service was exceptional and chatted to a lovely lady who made us feel so welcome. I had a lovely salad with feta and it was the best salad I had tasted and all freshly made. Hubby had a lovely tuna sandwich. So worth the wait for the food. If you're ever visiting Silves please visit this cafe as you won't be...
