I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I went there with my family and we ordered: 3 mixed grills, 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, 1 grilled chicken, 1 hummus, and 1 mutabbal.
The table wasn’t very clean, and the food was served gradually over the course of an hour. Despite the long wait, two of the mixed grill plates were cold. This issue also happened to the table next to us—they ended up leaving because of it.
We complained, and the restaurant offered us a free fattoush with an apology. However, based on other reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem, which suggests they’re not doing much to fix it.
The only positive thing I can say is that the prices are reasonable—that’s probably the main reason people keep coming. Other than that, there’s nothing special about the place, and the food is average and nothing special .
One last point: there seems to be only one waitress handling everything—taking orders, serving food, welcoming customers, and cleaning tables. As long as one person is doing all of that alone, the quality of service is...
Read moreRated 1 over 5 due to the following facts:
AC at the ceiling has waste water leak dripping directly to our plate. The full place is a smoking area, something which you wouldn’t know prior until the people around you started smoking. Worst place to bring a family. We were eight people and our orders were served in staggered basis. First 2, then 4, then 1 then after thirty minutes the last order arrived. 4 among 5 of the mix grills order was served without dipping sauces and without pickles. Servers forgot or intentionally didnt put since we were Asians. The beef in the mix grill is too dry and taste bad. Restaurant crews were very racist. They first serve the orders of the 2 white people while it took too late for the orders of Asians. What is wrong with you people? The restaurant is too noisy, they played a very loud lonely song. We were almost shouting while talking next to each other. Most people want peace while eating. Please be sensitive on this. Food quality and the smell of the place needs to be...
Read moreWow this place captures the essence of Lebanese cuisine with a delicious array of grilled meats, fresh salads, and mezze platters. The flavors are bold and authentic—especially the shawarma and falafel, which stand out as customer favorites. The portion sizes are generous, making it a great option for family-style dining.
I visited the Lusail branch and found the ambiance casual and comfortable, though not overly luxurious. Service was quick, and the staff were friendly, though there could be slight room for improvement in attentiveness. If you're ordering delivery, the service through Talabat works smoothly, though some customers have mentioned occasional delays.
This is a great spot if you’re craving a taste of Lebanon in Qatar, though it’s worth noting that some locations, like Ramada Junction, offer limited dine-in services. For a convenient meal with friends or a delivery at home, Hawa Beirut is definitely...
