This review is for an order of about QAR 3,000 where home delivery and assembly was selected.

Positive: Nice furniture for a reasonable price

Negative (there is quite a bit here, unfortunately): The first part of the order came March 23rd, 2024, where a mirror had some damages. We asked the guys who delivered it to take it back, something they said they could not do, but the guys delivering the second part could do it The first part of the order was not assembled, despite having ordered this. The guys who delivered it spoke very little English and just left The second part of the order came March 30th, 2024. Their estimated delivery time was between 10 AM and 2 PM. They came 3 PM, despite having confirmed earlier that they could be there before 2 PM. We asked the guys on the second part of the delivery to take the mirror back, based on what the first delivery team said, but they could not since it was delivered by another team We also asked the team for the second part of the order to assemble the furniture from the first order, something they could not do, since it was not their delivery I called customer service, who spoke so little English that they did not understand the situation. They continued to say the rest of the order would come next week. When they finally understood the situation, they said the mirror could not be returned since we hadn't returned it the same day as it was delivered. The first part of the order could also not be assembled, since it was "household goods" and not furniture. The "household goods" was two bathroom drawers, which to me definitely is furniture The delivery guys who assembled the furniture on the second part of the delivery made a real big mess in the house, leaving paper, plastic and cardboard pieces scattered around the house. When I kindly asked them to clean up, they said they could not and just left All in all, I was left with just some of the items ordered assembled and a house full of paper, plastic and cardboard pieces

This will be the first and last time we order...

I don't recommend any one to buy with them. I had a horrible experience with them and their unprofessionalism. I purchased a bedroom set, when they delivered to my house a week after the purchase, the chest of drawers had a manufacturing defect (The drawer faces varnish turned to yellow). their assembly team promised me that they will change it in the evening. When they came back in, they brought another set of drawers faces which they had the same issue (Obviously they never check the goods before delivering them to their clients), they told me that they will change them for me the next day. They didn't come or even contact me for the next two days, so i called their call center and they said they will fix my problem the next day between 5pm and 7pm. On the Fourth day, i waited for them until 7 pm but no one called or showed up. I called their call center again and they said your delivery has been rescheduled to the next day. On the fifth day, they came, and guess what!! they brought 5x drawers faces only instead of 6x. On the sixth day (today) I'm still waiting, they are saying that my items are still not ready without even giving any information.

Very bad quality, untrained assembling personnel and incompetent call customer care personnel and unprofessional system.. don't be fooled by the appearance of their shops. Once you have paid, they will not care about you at all.

I put one star in my review because there is nothing less that i can put. believe me they don't even deserve it.

Worst experience..I had been to their newly Open home center at Doha mall Abu hamour..The cashier one Filipino girl and one guy is available that lady has lot of attitude she is doing colour bias I can felt that because she was only smiling and billing to her selected customers ..They made us stand and couldn't deliver what we ask for ...such a shame from brand like this need to improve their staff behavior...The other staff around were helping us but they need to improve a lot as there is no proper details or information about some items and most of them are display pieces ..They don't even have designated boxes to wrap and give it...And when we ask for bubble wrap they gave us in normal condition again when we ask they change it and gave......
