One of the best hotels I've visited. The hotel rooms are very clean and spacious enough for the number of beds they contain. The location of the hotel is pretty well thought as it is located in Bucharest’s center giving easy access to pretty much anything you could ask for. Regarding your appetite, I was really surprised to see that the dietary options of the hotel were covering a wide range of people, (that being vegetarians, pescatarians etc.) with the 2 meals I choose (breakfast and dinner) being both very good. Other amenities such as free WIFI are not considered important for me but for those wondering there is WIFI available which gets the job done most times of the day. Personnel was polite and willing to help for everything I asked them. Overall, RIN takes 5 stars from me for being able to combine budget prices with nice living conditions. It is clear that no matter how you visit the hotel (whether being alone or a member of a huge group) you are treated equally. The latter doesn’t apply for all the hotels and I'm so glad I went there. P.S:The lift is quite shaky and terrifying but I consider this something neutral, that doesn't affect my overall...
Read moreI stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is in a dodgy neighbourhood, 15 min walk from the city centre or a 10 lei worth taxi ride. Staff is indifferent and bored. They seem to be always occupied doing nothing. Some of them are friendly, but most of them are not qualified to work in a hotel. Breakfast is very good! Produce is fresh, omelets are good and there's a nice array of things to choose from. Even coffee (espresso) is quite good. Dinner is so bad... just try to stay away if you have a choice. The room is spacious and quite clean. The mattress is on the hard side and there's two types of pillows: very old and worn out (think flat) or very new ones. Also there's a 100lei fridge deposit if you want to use it. Last but not least there's no room service. I asked for coffee, I asked for food but nothing. In order to eat or drink anything provided by the hotel you have to go downstairs and have it there, or take it from there. Overall it's a nice place to sleep and keep clean if you're touring. Just make sure you...
Read moreI stayed at this hotel for 3 days which was done by the agency. When I arrived, although the reservation was confirmed for a single room, I was given a room with two beds that were small enough for my height. During the discussion with the reception, I was told that this is the situation and they have nothing to do. I overlooked it and the surprises were not over. The next day I went to the office and in the evening when I got to the room I found it the same way I left it one morning, without cleaning, unchanged towels. I went down to the reception and the same attitude - that's the situation, what can we do - translated take or leave. I went to the center to have lunch, hoping that maybe on my return I would at least be able to see the changed towels. Surprise same room same image. I talked at the reception and I noticed the same attitude of indifference and disinterest. I will definitely not return to this hotel in the future and I recommend that you check and confirm what you...
