One Season — Restaurant in Kazan

When we arrived, we saw more employees than guests. Almost all tables were empty! Nevertheless, we’ve been told that they have no table for us. But then we were “allowed” to stay 1h 20 min. The general customer treatment was unprofessional and one of the waiters looked always very unfriendly. We were regularly asked if we want to order more drinks, although a couple of minutes before we’ve been told that we can’t order food because we only have 20 minutes left. When we finally left, still half of the tables were empty. But at least the waiter kindly informed us that his tip is not included in the bill....

We found this cool lounge during the World Cup. Great chilled and laid back atmosphere. We found by mistake we were just walking up the street and luckily ran into it. Great cocktails, great service and decent prices. This stablisment gets: 10/10 Taste, 9/10 presentation, $$/$$$ price, 10/10 atmosphere, 10/10 service, 10/10 overall...

Ужаснее еды я ещё не пробовала!!! Посетили сегодня данное заведение с ребёнком. Начнём с того, что меню в принципе скудное, при этом в 12 часов дня половины блюд не было. Мы заказали ребёнку суп-лапша, себе пасту карбонара, куриный шашлык. Что суп, что паста были полностью в чёрном перце, при всем желании невозможно даже проглотить, даже тому кто любит поострее. Шашлык из курицы — это жаренная на сковородке кожа, причём ещё и сырая с кровью. Цены кстати выше среднего. Официант неопытная, постоянно все роняла и разливала, в том числе и на нас. Из хорошего только интерьер и все! Были разочарованы и это мало сказано! К сожалению сфотографировать успели только курицу, суп и пасту просили переделать, но оказалось, что все что заготовлено...
