Started of really went but then couple of flaws. We arrived at 2:00 for a late lunch and were greeted warmly and seated. The appetizer of smoked scallop was exceptional. I ordered a glass of sparkling cava but it was poured at the table and the server did not notice it was flat. Indeed it was upon tasting and I advised the server who brought the appetizer the wine needed changing. Nothing happened until our plate was removed by a more senior staff person. The glass was replaced but in total the wait was at least 15 minutes. Our second course took a long time to come which seemed odd as the restaurant only had a few tables. My husband noticed one of our dishes up on the counted under the warming lamps for a long time. Upon receiving our main course my cod was warm but the liquid underneath was barely lukewarm. Read moreGreat experience. I can’t say I have had a lot of great dining experiences in Russia but this place blew my mind with the awesome food. I had Sugudai (scallops), gobulets (octopus), langoustines, beef fillet and Total white (lime sorbet, sesame sorbet, coconut panna cotta). All plated beautifully and expertly, as good as any Michelin restaurants. It’s of course not the best best food in the world but very good taste and awesome value (the beef fillet costs only 870 rumbles). The Riesling Sekt Trocken was yummy too. We were served splendidly by Maxime who gave great recommendations and was professional and attentive throughout.

Read moreI have to say that this restaurant is amazing. I visited here 3 times. The food is very creative, modern and absolutely delicious. I had three kinds of bread with three different sauces and pork dish at first visit. The pork was perfectly cooked and I liked the truffle sauce in bread dish. I also had chicken consomme and langoustine at second visit. The consomme was amazing but langoustine dish was too heavy for me cause the langoustine itself and shrimp sauce are already heavy but they are served with mayo.. And I had beef tartare and cod at last visit. You should try beef tartare with mushroom consomme! I think the chef is genious. I was really satisfied with service as well.
