Nobel — Restaurant in Palace District

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. I should have checked the reviews beforehand.

Upon being seated, we waited an unreasonably long time for someone to take our order. The staff did not speak any English, which made communication very difficult and frustrating. It took 40 minutes just to get the juice.

When we asked about the rest of our order, the waiter did not understand us. We ended up writing in Russian to communicate. I had ordered brisket and fries, while my mother and sister ordered cake and coffee. The cake and coffee arrived after 45 minutes, but the cake was missing the ice cream it was supposed to come with. After pointing this out, they brought the ice cream separately.

We had to ask again 2 waiters to get the rest of our orders, and when they did ( 10 mins later ) the fries arrived cold, and the brisket came only after I asked again, which was after an hour of waiting. The brisket was also cold and tasted awful. I took one bite and could not eat it. We decided to cancel the brisket, asked for the bill, and left.

Some dreadful slow, incompetent service completely ruined my visit. I shouldn't have to wait 15 minutes to place an order (2 beers) and then wait 15 more for these clowns to get the order wrong. I have had the misfortune of visiting this dump twice, both times on the initiative of friends and had a similar experience on both occasions. Ну, средне... Даже обидно за потраченное время Официант подошла быстро, но на вопросы по винной карте ответ "я не пила"... Кхм, девушка интересно понимает, что она должна знать условно, где кисло, где сладко, что-то посоветовать? Ладно, сама я выбрала, что хочу. Не все позиции в наличии, к сожалению, выбираешь из того, что есть. Далее, меню с едой... На вопрос "А как вот это блюдо?", ответ знакомый уже... "я морепродукты не ем" На вопрос "О, а что за интересное блюдо, ответ такой же: "не пробовала". Окей, заказала тар-тар из тунца с гуакамоле. И знаете, в Евразии за 500 рублей тунец вкуснее, чем тут за 700. Как они умудрились сделать тунца невкусным - вопрос интересный. Подруга заказала что-то - нет в меню... И напитков половины нет, и еды частично, гренки к пиву хуже, чем в пивных, которые в разы дешевле. Впечатление - средняя тройка. Былв живая музыка, это плюс. Салат из свежих овощей несли полчаса, уже успела счет запросить и хоп - появился.

Я была в заведениях дешевле, а там и еда и обслуживание были...
