Horrible service and demeanor. The food was beyond terrible. Five of us, we ordered tacos (two tacos each for three people), two burritos and one salad for the remaining two people, and guacamole with nachos to share - not the hardest food to make. The quality and structural integrity of the tacos and burritos was simply pathetic. The tacos were soggy and barely had any filling even though we ordered chicken tacos and beef tacos from the menu. Each taco had way too much cheese and was very liquidy from the water of the few pieces of onions in there. The guacamole and nachos - the guacamole was barely enough for one person and was more of a watery consistency and it tasted like packaged baby food - absolutely bland. The nachos were way too salty and very hard, almost stale.

The waiters/bartenders clearly did not care to be attentive when we were ordering. They got our orders wrong and didn’t react very well (sighed audibly loud and made a face) when we brought it to their attention.

One of us didn’t even get our food despite telling the waiters twice when my two tacos didn’t even come after thirty minutes of waiting and neither did the salad.

The area downstairs where we sat, it had plenty of staff and only one other table was occupied (with like ten people) but despite the abundance of wait staff, we had to go get our own drinks and food to our table.

This place is overrated, overpriced, and highly underwhelming. Definitely would never go back here ever again and wouldn’t ever recommend this...

In general, it is a fun dancing spot, although their food is overpriced with no reason (but that is normal for Moscow, most places are extremely overpriced with no reason), cocktails are weak but again, this is the general problem of Moscow bars. However, last night we had an issue with inattentive and rude bar staff. When I ordered drinks, the bartender took the order and ... went on about his own chores. The bar was basically empty - no lines of customers, no crowds, maybe two people at the most, not sure what warranted such behavior, but we were totally ignored after we made the order. We waited there for about 20 minutes without seeing that our drinks were made, and left. I was even asked by the same bartender to move to a side at the bar - he wanted to give my space to other clients while there was a TON of empty space at the bar, nobody was rushing to buy drinks at that time. My friend later still got me a drink and I went to get the second round for us, when the bartender started complaining that I had left in the first place. I explained that I am not used to such poor and rude service. He called the cash desk guy - who maybe was there manager, and I heard him explaining the situation, to which the cash desk guy said loudly something in Russian that could be translated as "I don't give a flying f*". (Fantastic manners, yep). After that they anyway smiled at us in a fake way and prepared our drinks. All in all, the experience was very negative,...

Last night we had a birthday there, more than 25 people on the dining room and it was amazing. Food was delicious and music and shows were amazing. The waitress very kind and helpful and the DJ saw we were all from different countries and played music from all of them. Excelente! 🥳 We were there from 9pm to 6am dancing all night.

But I did have a bad experience with the security guard outside on the street when we went outside smoking, which was quite often. First he didn't allow me to ask for fire to a person on a table outside. I politely ask the person on the table if it was okay for me to sit on an empty chair with them for a minute to fix my shoes and the short and bearded security men pushed me and called me a "Viper" that was trying to "take advantage" of the VIP owners of the table.. then he sent another security guard to remove me and I explained I had asked the men for their permission and they told him yes and still he wouldn't allow me. I recorded the whole situation and they asked me to stop recording. With the amount of money we spent there on food and drinks all night for 25 guests, why would I want to take advantage of a couple of man smoking a hookah on the street? What that men did was discrimination and misogyny. I hope you can fix that because that person is very aggressive...
