Staff was extremely rude. The big muscular bartender didn't pay enough attention while taking my order. He took the menu out of my hands before I was finished. I asked for a drink without alkohol and he gave me a sprite. Told him I didn't wanted a sprite and he got angry. He threw the receipt at me in the end after I've payed. Placed an order of 3500 rubbles, so I would consider myself as a good costumer. An other one from the staff (Armenian looking) dark hair red t-shirt was threatening us with adding 20 % to our bill because we dropped some water on the table?? The same guy forced us to give him 10 % tips... The bar itself and the dance floor is super cool, but the staff was beyond my imagination of rudeness. Read moreThe security are a little bit offensive , seems they can't used to the fact that t's not the famous "Pacha" night club any more but just a usual pub. In front of me two young 100% descent-looking girls were ostracised because they refused to show their passports but at the end they actually won the argument , because this demand of the security was not legal. The wardrobe guy disappears for long periods of time, so better have your fur coats on.
