I ordered what the menu called an "extra dry" prosecco. This was not dry at all and I politely said so to the waiter. He clearly did not like me complaining and poured a glass to taste this for himself and also had someone else at the bar try it. This group of people clearly also worked here but they were loud and already very drunk. One of these drunk guys tried to give me a long lecture in sugar in wine but when we asked him if he really thought that this was an extra dry prosecco like we thought we had ordered according to the menu, he finally admitted that this wine was not dry at all. I do not at all appreciate a big discussion with drunk workers and me having to defend myself as a paying costumer when all I want is to enjoy a glass of sparkling wine? whatever happened to the service minded policy of the costumer is always right? I have had so many good experiences in Moscow but this on my last day here was very very sad. Drunk and rude people working here, and a lying menu filled with poor and bad tasting wine. No thanks.
