Ketchup in Moscow is undoubtedly one of the best burger restaurants I’ve ever visited! Their burgers are absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, flavorful, and truly satisfying. While they also offer a variety of other dishes, we focused on their burgers, and they exceeded our expectations.

It was the worst experience we had in Moscow. We ordered a steak, and it was completely inedible. We were forced to pay the amount before receiving the food because the cashier was closing. However, the shock came with the piece of meat that was impossible to eat. When we asked the manager for an explanation, she couldn’t speak English and was using a device for translation. Her only explanation was that this steak was a cut from the side of the rib, and that’s why the quality was like that. The response was honestly worse than what happened. Love this place! In summer we came here very often and always tried to get a place on the terrace... was a bit difficult as the terrace is very small. But the restaurant inside looks very stylish! Also very much like the music there and hope to come on Friday or Saturday once, when it gets louder. The food is great for their prices - nice burgers and salads especially. Always wanted to have guacamole but it never happened - they always say they cannot cook it as avocados they receive are of a very poor quality. But appreciate the honesty! Always...
