Il Pappagallo — Restaurant in Dakar

The restaurant is inside a boutique hotel so there's no name on the door when you arrive at the place. Google has it correct. I loved the little oasis of calm and green atmosphere especially having fought through Dakar's traffic. The food was delicious as well as their none alcoholic cocktail, I had Baobab and the lunch set menu. The staff are really well trained, attentive and observant to the needs of customers. Love this spot! Tucked inside the Seku Bi hotel. I always sit on the terrace, to enjoy the lovely garden.

I like the antipasti and the ravioli. Sometimes the pasta is too « al dente » for my taste, but the sauce is always delicious. The best thing about this spot? The service. Servers are friendly and efficient.

Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a good place to take people if you love in Dakar and want to entertain...
