I would love to share my experience with this hotel as people should be aware how poor is their customer service . I was traveling with 2 friends around Serbia and we had amazing experience with numerous hotels we stayed in. On our way from Zlatibor we have contact hotel directly , were I was advised by the front desk receptionist about reservations not been done over the phone, however he would put down my name and hold a room for us . At the same time he also advised that he would be leaving shortly and would let his colleague know we were arriving later . When we arrived at the front of the hotel there were many parking spots available but the front desk guy told us we are not to park there as he reserved them for someone else ( it was a street parking and he has no right to control who parks where,). So we found the parking somwhere else and walked into the lobby to find out there has no reservation for us as well Miliš ( receptionist) advised that he would not accept North American Driver Licenses as an ID or copy of our passports ( Serbian police advised us not to carry our passports just the copy of our passport and the white registration card). We used same passport copy in every other hotel in Serbia and it was no issue whatsoever. Miloš M. was the one we were dealing with and let me tell you he was the most unprofessional and rude person I have ever experienced in 22 years of my travel journey. He was making false statements and contradicting him self. There was a guy from Dallas that just checked in with a Driver License from USA and he used a pic from his phone . He told us how Milos was rude with him to but let him use such an ID to check in. We confronted him about it and he was pretending how he does not remember checking in Dallas guy . Honestly Milos is soo aweful at customer service and should not be allowed to deal with people. Dishonest, unprofessional and rude . We eventually checked in at the Holliday Inn were the receptionist was so amazing...
Read moreWhenever I go to Jump Inn, and I do it frequently, as it is in my neighborhood, I feel welcome and relaxed, because the place is decorated in a very pleasant way: the chairs in the non-smoking area look like the living room of a home, the music is calm and not loud, visitors can choose among many interesting books to read, the staff is young, they all speak English very well (once they spoke to me in English thinking that I was a foreighner), they have a variety of coffees and coffee specialties (with milk or soy milk for vegetarians and those who are in the period of fasting), their freshy squeezed juices are simply ecellent (from the simplest lemonade, to the possibility to make your own mix of fruit end vegetable juice), with the coffee, a cookie will be served to you, just to make your pleasure complete. The toilettes are clean and they smell like fresh and polished places, there is also a variety of cakes, salads and omelettes. you can pay in cash or with a card. The place is located in the historical center of Belgrade and the staff will do all they can to make you feel cofortable and...
Read moreFrom the moment you step into the hotel till the time of check out you are made to feel so comfortable. I called them when I was in Zlatibor to check some details and the way they handled my inquiry was way beyond my expectation and they answer phone calls immediately. That's when I decided to make my reservation online. I cannot take one name because each and every staff be it the staff at the reception or the house keeping or restaurant. All of them were professional, always ready to answer questions, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms and bathroom were quite big, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would definitely recommend Jump inn hotel and if I visit Belgrade again this is the place to stay. The hotel is 2 minutes walk from the main bus station so if you have to go to Zlatibor or Novi sad it's the best place to stay and 15 min walk to the...
