I've enjoyed the degustation menu here multiple times. Although the menu does not change much seasonally, it consistently delivers elevated modern cuisine deeply rooted in local traditions and ingredients. Standouts include the exquisite olive oil, delicate fish- and superb duck (!) tartar, the brie (signature) and Mediterranean tuna—all deserving special recognition. The horse steak adds an interesting and enjoyable twist. Desserts, however, seem to have to save some costs, why not charging the menu for 500 RSD more instead I don’t have to understand. The wine list is appealing, yet lacks thoughtfully curated pairings to complement the dishes. Two notable issues significantly detract from the overall experience: inadequate heating arrangements during winter (an unfortunate contrast to the investment visible in expensive wines and whiskies displayed downstairs), and an effectively nonexistent smoking policy. Ivana is serving us for a couple of days now but she had the same love and passion for her work since day one. We arrived in Beograd and wanted to get a taste of home(Luxembourg/ Munich). We got way more than that. Exceptional service from all waiters but the hospitality we got from Ivana was just incredible. To mention the kitchen aswell we just need one word: amazing. Nether less we got the possibility to take a look at the kitchen and you can literally eat from the floor. Amazing hospitality will be found at plezir. We had the 5 course taste menu and it was truly amazing from start to finish.

We had been to various fine dinning place all over the world and when ordering a set menu you most of the times you will have at least 1 or 2 courses that are a bit blend. This was not the case, both starters were great and especially the brie was a work of art where everything comes together perfectly.

We also ordered a Espresso Martini which they had not on the menu but there were still able to make a delicious one on the fly.
