The food was very good, no comment for that, but the customer service was not what we expected. When we looked at the menu and wanted to order, the waiter rushed to take the menus from our hands even though we were still looking to read what we wanted (I had to tell him to wait until I am done ordering because I didn’t remember the names of the dish I wanted). It felt like he was very rushed to just get our orders and go. Besides that, while I was eating the appetiser, my pizza arrived and instead of putting it somewhere on the table, the waiter told me “please give me your plate so I can give you the pizza” - mind you I was still eating my appetiser and didn’t even finish it. I was a bit shocked so he just took the plate with food still in it and served me the pizza. This was very disrespectful and I didn’t get to enjoy the meal. Furthermore, when we asked for the check, he tipped himself 10% without asking when we payed by card (he didn’t deserve the tips tbh). Overall, the food was good, but the service was so bad that I wouldn’t go back....

We had done a walk in, and they were kind of enough to serve us a table within 30 minutes. Unfortunately upon arrival, our night was soured due to the poor service specifically coming from “Speed is my middle name” waiter. When ordering our food/order he barely gave us anytime or attention to order what we specifically had in mind. My daughter was very hungry and is a vegetarian. Before being able to specify (nor did the menu specify that the tomato pasta came with meat), he had already left the table and ran off. When the food arrived of course it had meat in it, and he was not the friendliest at all when trying to fix the dish. He was extremely rude, no eye contact or asking of details, it’s too bad that they have him representing such great food. Would recommend for food not for service. Extremely rude waiter doesn’t listen at all not friendly at all super unprofessional and feel like you cannot ask him for the simplistic things. Not great experience for only few nights to...

Fresh ingredients with almost everything imported from Italy, some dishes are freshly made in the mornings so you don’t need to worry about overnight food, burgers are unique and excellent. So far everything I’ve tried at this place has made me want to come again. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the only reason for providing 4 stars for service is because we had to wait a little longer to get served on couple of moments, but I believe it was because of the busy night! - Atmosphere will always be good with some Italian music playing in the background, so no worries about that.
