I’ve been to this place three times. The first two visits were great, but my last experience was deeply disappointing. I ordered a seafood(aquarium) pizza, and after eating some pieces, I found a metal button hidden under a large crab piece — not visible at first. I brought it back to let them know, thinking they’d appreciate the feedback and take it seriously.

Instead, I was immediately met with blame and sarcasm. One of them said, laughing in a hostile tone, “Oh ma’am, you bring it only after eating most of it?” — as if I had planted the metal myself. It was insulting and uncalled for. I had no interest in a refund (the pizza was only $7); I only spoke up so they could avoid a potentially dangerous mistake in the future.
