Okay so this the B E S T restaurant we've been to in the Seychelles. The à la carte menu is delicious, well thought through, nicely plated and the prices are great for what you get!! Tje atmosphere is simply wonderful. We've been there 3 days because we wanted to try it all - the BBQ buffet on saturdays only (which offers a great variety of yummy salads, grilled fish/chicken/pork which was delicious, and also curry and some sides + a dessert) / the all you can eat brunch/breakfast (with fresh fruits & fruit juice, freshly made crepes with nutella, freshly made eggs / omelettes, etc plus this place had the best coffe of all islands of the Seychelles!) And the à la carte menu. The staff was extraordinary - even the owner and manager cook / serve you food and talk to you if they can do something for you or if you have feedback :) when I asked about how one of the desserts was made, even the patissier came personaly from the kitchen to explain that to me (at that time they won me over haha). By the third time we went there they already recognized us haha. Wine & cocktails can also be recommended....

We got there for 7.30, so the buffet was just starting.  All the salads were prepared and the meat and fish was on the grill.

The ambiance was just right, and everyone was buzzing for this delicious feast which was before us.  All the staff were very friendly.

I went up for four plates as the food was that good.  The beef from the BBQ was so tender it almost melted in my mouth.  The fish was so juicy and moist and all the meats and fish were marinated to perfection.  The chef at the grill was a master of the BBQ.  The selection of salads which included many Creole salads and ingredients was astonishing, new salads came out during the evening so there was always something new to try.  Desert options were great and we opted for Lemongrass sorbet and mango icecream. Both were wonderfully refreshing.

Best buffet on Praslin?  Word of advice, skip lunch before visiting here for dinner because the food is so good you will be going...
