La Piazza Restaurant — Restaurant in Bratislava

Food was decent, nothing special. For the type of menu and prices the food should be at the highest level, but are not as mentioned above decent is a fair description. But that's not why i gave it 2 stars. There is a fundamental missing understanding of hospitality. The waitresses are young and inexperienced, at least 3 or 4 times when i was talking to them they kept turning their heads to look at something else not paying attention. i Have ordered a steak with pepper sauce, they failed to serve me pepper sauce and i got mushroom sauce which i only realized after i poured it all over my dish. When pointing this mistake out, the first notion was: NO this is correct it is the pepper sauce and what you ordered, which was clearly not. At that point i just went with the wrong sauce as we were in a large group for a birthday and i did simply not want to make the topic bigger and make everybody else wait for my food to be redone. Now the worst part is that neither a real apology came neither they had the courtesy to at least take off the charges for the sauce that they did serve wrong. There was not management or supervisor the whole evening, i only saw a guy sitting at the bar playing with his phone. I have been in many upscale restaurants where mistakes can happen as well, but are being addressed rather than questioning the customer and methinginsisting it is so that it clearly is not. When you are in a restaurant where they are clearly making tons of money from charging you expensive Water and bread it just shows greediness and not a genuine interest in customer satisfaction when they cant even own up to their mistakes and take a 2.90 Euro charge of your bill for the sauce you didn't ask for. I placed an order from this restaurant on the ‘Wolt’ app. The contents of my order was not what I ordered. The order summary was: ‘TARTARE DI TONNO’, ‘TONNO’, ‘STORIONE’ and ‘GRILOVANÁ ZELENINA’. But instead of ‘TONNO’ and ‘GRILOVANÁ ZELENINA’ I recieved PIZZA (???), which you can see from the photos. And, the pizza was with TUNA. I am almost 100% sure they wanted to scam me, but I do not understand why they did not just call me if they had not have the right ingredients or anything to prepare the meal? We were all tired and completely exhausted from the travel, wanting to have our dinner and go to bed, but instead of it we ended up here. I am so freaking shocked. Not to mention, the bread they included for the tuna tartare is soaking wet… 2 mini-micro bread slices… Imagine, the total is 85€. Also, I want to see the receipt from the restaurant of my order, because as you can see from the photos there were no receipt attached to the bag or in it. Like they did not put...

Niky viac, som si rezervovala stôl na základe vopred zakúpeného voucheru na 4-chodové degustácne menu pre 2 osoby. Sadli sme si za stôl, prišla čašníčka ktorá od nás v tom momente chcela vedieť co všetko budeme jesť, ( mate na výber z každého chodu z 2 variant), bez lístka alebo bez nejakého preslovu ze co je v ponuke, tak som si musela nájsť v telefóne.. Co mi bolo trochu nepríjemné nakoľko sa môže stať keď keď zjete predledlo tak dostanete chuť na niečo iné než to co ste si museli nahlásiť hneď po príchode. V cene voucheru bol prípitok a k hlavnému jedlu 2dl vína. Keďže beriem tabletky tak som sa spýtala čašníčky ci mi vie zameniť miesto alkoholu nealko. Súhlasila a priniesla mi na stôl citrónadu. (ktorú som si nakoniec musela zaplatiť, ale k tomu sa ešte dostaneme). Predjedlo moje bolo super, priateľ dostal tanier plný rukoly (úplne zbytočné), 4 plátky rajčiny a na tom mozarella di bufala. Po zdebarasovani sme dostali hlavný chod, ten bol v poriadku, priateľ dojedol prvý, ja som jedla pomalšie nakoľko je to spoločná večera, mame čas, není sa kam ponáhľať, nie sme na menu za pár drobných. Vzali mu tanier, ja som mala ešte poloplny a už nám pristál ďalší chod na stole. Takže som mala dva taniere pred sebou, z ktorých som jedla nakoľko by mi to vychladlo. Dosť neprofesionálne. Ako sme jedli a môj tanier z predošlého chodu bol už preč, dali sme si menšiu pauzu, chvíľu sme sa rozprávali, ved sme sa neprišli len rýchlo najesť, príbor sme si uložili v štýle, že budeme v jedení pokračovať, v tom prišiel čašník s pohľadom na naše plne nezjedene skoro nedotknuté taniere, spýtal sa ze ci ich už môže odniesť.. Tak sme radšej hneď pokračovali v jedení ďalej.. Po zdebarasovani som poprosila čašníčku nech nám dá chvíľu čas, že si dezert dáme zachviľu, samozrejme do minúty sme ho mali na stole. Fungovanie v štýle : najedz sa a vypadni..táckareň..podotýkam že v poloprázdnej reštaurácii. K dezertu bola v cene aj kava ktorú sme si tiež nahlásili hneď pri vstupe, ktorú za počas celého dezertu nepriniesli, ani po ňom. Najväčší šok bol pre mňa keď čašníčka prišla s blocikom ze ci tú citronadu ktorú mi zmenila na začiatku miesto toho ze nemôžem na tabletky pit dala zaplatiť .Nepoviem keby to bola nejaká sklenená fľaška ktorá by im chýbala v kase..ale citrónada? Takže nás vyšlo draho jedenie bez kávy aj za ušetrené proseco a víno. Zostali sme veľmi sklamaný, budeme vás obchádzať oblúkom a verím ze sa za tu cenu nabudúce najeme niekde v príjemnejšom prostredí s lepším jedlom a prístupom.
