personally for me these apartments were amazing and perfect cuz I'm not used this. maybe it does have some imperfections, the biggest one was for example our washingbasin was rusty on bottom.. (we had Samurai room) also bed sheets have been dirty (but that type of dirty where it's clean but there's still stain, but for Slovak standards it have been still in really good condition. Locations was perfect I love it. we didn't use kitchen but I'll still put pics of kitchens here. instruction how to get to hotel and everything about this was in my opinion clean in both languages (English/Slovak) everyone who has a little bit of brain would make it for sure ;) in room we has something like air-conditioning or something like radiator (most of time we couldn't set temperature lower than 18°C) but luckily while our stay there wasn't hot weather at all :) TV, shower lamps and everything else working perfectly love it. I'd DEFENETLY recommended but only for shorter stays I'd say. And again I have to mention the location, it's close to everything from Eurovea to Starbucks or even Barrock (amazing bar anyways :D I recommend to go there) Simply everything u need is nearby 😀 In night streets may be quite loud but I was already counting w that cuz these apartments are In middle old town so like it's obvious.
IN THE END OF THE DAY I really enjoy being here like I mentioned I'd...
Read moreThe check-in instructions didn't work, we received a UK number that should have opened a door (unclear how), that number doesn't work. Luckily someone else was entering and allowed us in. The customer service is irresponsive, so if you have any issue checking in you're toast.
In the hotel, the wifi was slow and often unavailable. The toilet flush worked sometimes, sometimes it didn't, and it's a shared bathroom... So pretty unfortunate. The bathroom door has a blurred glas, so you can actually see the person inside (silhouette).
Opening windows in room was hard due to little space, and the air conditioning so loud you could barely sleep. Plus the mattress was rather uncomfortable
Last but not least, the checkout instructions ask you to leave the keys in a lockbox upstairs (like 4th floor without elevator), but if you do that, you can get trapped on your way out between the two first doors (both require the key to open). Luckily we didn't fall for it and went down, one of us kept the doors open, the other one went upstairs to leave the keys and back down
Overall, the only positive aspect was the very central location... I don't recommend it, find something else and...
Read moreThere is no guarantee that you will be able to enter or leave the building freely. The front door and the gate in front of it can only be opened via telephone, both of which are automatically buzzed open. You do not receive a real key at check-in. So if one of the neighbors locks the front door/gate, you can't get in or out. This is exactly what happened to me:
I wanted to leave the house early morning to catch a flight. However, the front door was locked, so I was locked in. I couldn't reach the owner or neighbors because it was very early in the morning. After two hours I finally called the police, with their help I was finally able to reach a neighbor who unlocked the front door. In total, I was locked up against my will for 2.5 hours. I also missed my flight and had to book a new flight at short notice. I didn't hear anything from the owner later, let alone an apology or compensation.
In addition, the front door is designated as an emergency exit. In the event of a fire, there would be no way to leave the house. This accommodation can therefore become...
