I am a regular visitor of Kosice for almost 20 years and a lover of gastronomy for many more years. Until recently, Gasperov Mlyn (amazing place. Batizovce, close to Poprad) was the only gastro-experience in the central and east region of Slovakia. But, things have changed! Seven restaurant truly is an amazing place. Fantastic location, wonderful staff, ... And the food was really outstanding. Every course ( we tried the 7 course experience) was complex and delicious . Local ingredients prepared with diligence and creativity. Amazing bread choice and excellent sommelier advice. Truly an all-in wonderful experience. Whenever I will be in kosice again, this will be my first dinner destination. No doubt. A must go place if you visit Eastern Slovakia

I am going to review both the restaurant, and also a Cafe next door which Google does not list, but which is the best Cafe in Kosice. The expression Service with a smile must have been coined here, and why not, it's an amazing location, coffee great, and a day time alternative to Seven Restaurant, which is equally the best restaurant in Kosice. The kids playground, tennis courts, and soon to come 5 star resort all set in the city Park is amazing. If you want incredible service, in an amazing setting, where the kids can relax and enjoy themselves away from your table, this is it.

Bohužel za mne celkem zklamání, neboť dle webu a recenzí jsem měla velká očekávání - přišla jsem v neděli, kdy bylo na webu napsáno, že místo oběda je brunch, ale nic víc k tomu, tak jsem čekala nějakou snídaňovo-obědovou nabídku? Přišla jsem, pozdravila… nikdo z personálu nic. Po chvíli čekání jsem se šla zeptat servírky na bar, zda si můžu sednout kdekoliv a ona že ano. Tak jsem si sedla a když přinesla nápojový lístek, tak jsem se jí ptala, zda si mohu objednat i jídlo. Na to mi bylo celkem neochotně řečeno, že mohu jít jedině vedle, kde je brunch formou bufetu, že jsem v kavárně (jak jsem to mohla vědět, když mě usadila výše uvedeným stylem?). To se mi nechtělo, tak jsem si dala jen nápoj a dezert. Zákusek vynikající, ten odpovídal této kategorii podniku. Drink také dobrý. Ale personál tu nefunguje. Neobsluhují, neodnáší špinavé nádobí ze stolu, platit jsem šla na bar. Bohužel velká škoda pro tento podnik, který je cenově výše a servis tu čekáte. Např. jsem servírce řekla, že teda přijdu na večeři a ona mi ani neřekla o rezervaci, což jsem se dozvěděla pak venku, kde jsem koukala při odchodu, co tam píšou o těch obědech. Jinak design je luxusní. Celý interiér se mi velice líbil, včetně stylových toalet.

Bohužel za mne celkem zklamání, neboť dle webu a recenzí jsem měla velká očekávání - přišla jsem v neděli, kdy bylo na webu napsáno, že místo oběda je brunch, ale nic víc k tomu, tak jsem čekala nějakou snídaňovo-obědovou nabídku? Beautiful design, great food and service. Finally a restaurant in Kosice with European level of service. The degustation menu is creative and definitely worth it. They are very flexible even if you have some allergies/intolerance/pregnancy and adjust to your needs. Be aware that the prices are bit higher than in other restaurants in Kosice but that is understandable considering the level this restaurant aims to achieve.
