I do not recommend the Bristol Hotel in Kosice. The electrical outlets in my room were not well positioned and so to turn off the light I had to get out of bed. I found my bathroom not very clean on the second day. The radiators are kept off and it is up to me to turn them on by turning the knob and without knowing it I slept cold the first night. Every day the cleaner turns them off and then it is up to me to turn them on again by turning the knobs. On the internet I had seen that checkout was scheduled for 12:00 am, but at 10:30 am they called me in my room telling me that if I wanted to stay in the room until 12:00 am I would have to pay another 20 euros. I had to accept because I was not ready, I checked out at 11:20 am and I did not find this extra payment a very elegant gesture on their part. Finally, the breakfast is just decent, but nothing more. In Italy it would be classified as a 3 star.

10/10 experience here! A must stay! We had a nice & clean room. We were here for my boyfriend’s birthday & they put petals over the bed, a happy birthday card and 2 glasses of Prosecco out for us in our room. How amazing. The breakfast was fab. On from 7:30 until 11, which was perfect timing. Fresh, nice and plenty of options. Staff were super nice and friendly. Always smiling. Spa facilities were great! 1 pool, 1 cold dip, 1 sauna, 1 steam room - all sooo nice & clean too. Free water and hot tea in the spa too. You get given a sheet to wear into the sauna and steam room as swimwear is forbidden. Lovely location. Good parking, I believe it was 12 euros per night for parking. 10/10 loved our stay. Thanks so much ❤️

This hotel was great, rooms were spacious comfy and clean, the staff were all so nice and the breakfast was great. The location is perfect being right in the centre but on a quieter street. The pool and spa were clean and free to use. The parking was €12 a day. The city tax also cost €3.50 per day per person. Great place highly recommend. The stake house next store is also great.

I stayed in Bristol from June 27 until June 30th, 2023. I chose the hotel for it’s location in the heart of Kosice. I can’t recommend this hotel enough my stay was simply amazing. The hotel room was absolutely stunning, but above all the staff was incredibly helpful. I needed place to unwind and relax since I was in the city for a funeral and stayed with family for couple of weeks but wanted to create memories for a positive experience before my return. From the first step in I was greeted with kindness and helpfulness from reception. The check in was seem less and welcoming. I went in to the lobby and enjoyed refreshments. The surprise was when I went into my hotel room beautiful clean and above all stunning view of the St.Elizabeth’s cathedral from my window. The air conditioner worked perfectly since the humidity outside was pretty high. Little refrigerator allowed enough room for few groceries I picked up from the store. I went for dinner in Slavia stunningly restored to its original charm from the 1920/30’s era ( since I wanted Slovak food). The staff recommended few different restaurants across from the hotel and nearby area as well. I slept in quiet room without any interruptions, felt safe and woke up feeling absolutely refreshed. I wished I would’ve taken pictures of the breakfast. It was such a generous spread good enough for a dynasty. Any and every one of my questions were answered and the cleaning staff was gracious enough to let me tour the wellness center saunas and pool area while they were cleaning it. So helpful and kind. My flight from Kosice was extremely early and I needed wake up call at 2am. as well as taxi to the airport at 2:30 and I was met with another we will arrange it for you. I’m simply extremely grateful for all the staff’s attention to every detail. They even provided an umbrella while it was raining outside and I needed to shop for some souvenirs. The Wi-Fi worked great. Thank you for such a memorable experience and yes I will be returning and staying at your...

Le check-in a été incroyablement long.
