our service was terrible, our waitress’ english knowledge was close to zero, the menü was numbered and she didnt know 1-10 in english.
I asked for an ice tea, our waitress asked if i wanted lemon or “btch”, she then laughed behind her hand and corrected herself (peach). Maybe its just me but if i accidentally called someone a btch, i would have apologised.
I asked for a pancake, after 40 mins i asked our waitress if it was coming, she nodded and walked away, came back 10 minutes later to ask me what kind of pancake i want. I told her that i dont need it anymore thanks, which she of course did not understand so i just had to keep saying no until she got it. When we went to pay, the waitress did add the pancake to the bill. The cashier spoke english so we were able to tell her that we wont pay for the pancake, because we didnt get it.
Food is good though and the cashier was nice, but the waitress ruined...

In total for 2 chicken soups, grilled cheese with potatoes and that pumpkin thing, mayo, 2 beers and 1 mirinda we...

Perhaps it is the latest trend - when I ordered lemon water in a fancy Kogo Restaurant in the centre of Prague (Czech Republic) one week ago, I was served the very same terribly sour lemon water-:) I had capuccino and that was awesome! Hot with a perfect milk foam, delicious Italian...
