Grill Pub Restaurant — Restaurant in Vysoké Tatry

We visited Grill Pub 2x during our 2-day trip to Tatranska Lomnica, and I think that says it all.:) The dishes were tasty, reminiscent of a home cooked meal. The staff were extremely kind, and efficient: we had our lunch on our table in under 5 minutes. Amazing value for the money, in great location!

Also loved the following details:

-The place is family friendly with a playing corner for the kids, and diaper changing station in the bathroom. -The menu is very easy to navigate, with tasteful picture of the dishes. Even if you do not speak the language, you will have no trouble ordering.

The food here is fantastic! It's not fancy, just really good, incredibly tasty, grilled and smoked meat. I highly recommend the smoked sausage or the mixed grill for only €11 - that would cost £40 in London so the prices are more than reasonable! The desserts are also worth trying. We've been twice so far and I'm sure we'll go again before we leave. The lady who works there has been amazing and friendly, helping us with the language and making us feel welcome and relaxed. We've tried a couple of other restaurants nearby but so far nothing has come close...

I consider ourselves blessed walking in the best restaurant in the area without any knowledge of the local culinary situation. The food is beautifully cooked, I remember the taste of garlic soup and pork chop all day after having lunch here. The red wine suits my taste bud, light and easy to drink. Very reasonabld price. It locates near to the tram station, very convenient to stop by for food before or after a tram journey. Staff are welcoming and friendly, they can speak English.
