Loving Hut — Restaurant in Maribor

I recently visited The Loving Hut in Maribor, Slovenia, and had the pleasure of trying their Saturday menu of the week. The meal was delightful, featuring a plate of beautifully prepared fried rice brimming with fresh vegetables like carrots, bell peppers, and possibly eggplant or zucchini. The side of crisp cucumbers and ripe tomatoes added a refreshing touch to the hearty main dish. Accompanied by a glass of the local Lasko beer, the dining experience was really nice after climbing the mountain.

Lovely vegan place. It is a type of fast food, but the atmosphere much nicer. They are kids and dog friendly place. They have some toys and books that you can borrow, this gives the place a very warm feel. Inside seats about 15 people, luckily there is a lot more seating outside. To be honest, I have tried around 15 places to eat in Maribor for several times and this place came out to be definitely one of the best. Very decent portions of a great meal. As the name already suggests, they love to make food and it reflects not only in their cousine but also on the service. Lovely people and lovely food 5 stars...
