Not sure how this café has such a high rating. We experienced extremely poor and indifferent service from a male barista, who seemed completely uninterested in helping anyone. It was difficult just to get his attention for a menu. What really shocked us, though, was when an elderly customer nearly fell onto a canal with his chair, and the barista walked right past without offering any help or even acknowledging it. At that point, we decided to leave. Whether it was apathy or something worse, the lack of basic human decency was disturbing. Looks like it takes more to be a good barista than just being trendy...

They roast their own coffee and ask you which variety youâd like (Kenyan in our case). The barista was very friendly and could speak fluid English, which was nice for us because we could only greet in Slovenian đ. He tipped us the white chocolate cheesecake (awesome) and for my girlfriend a fully gluten- and cowmilk-free option. Which also was nice, because this isnât always an option.    Read moreThe greek yogurt bowl was cute, but a small portion from what you're paying for. It took nearly half an hour to get our bagels too. The food was delicious and coffee was excellent though. They should bring everything what you order to the table at the same time, NOT separately as your coffee gets cold several times while your waiting your food that longer time of period. It wasn't even the busiest time of the day yet. They should have more than one staff member to do everything to avoid these kind of waiting times.
