I stopped by this restaurant just to get some sparkling water and cool down for a moment because it was very hot outside. I ordered two bottles, opened one, drank about half, and decided to leave and continue with my day.

To my surprise, as I was leaving with the bottles I paid for, the staff told me I wasn’t allowed to take them with me. Seriously? I was told I had no right to take the bottles of water I had just purchased.

When I asked why, they said it was because they need to return them for recycling. Honestly, I’ve never heard anything like that in my life. I’ve traveled to many places, and never has a restaurant refused to let me take something I bought and paid for.

So in the end, I paid 7 euros for two bottles of water, drank one glass, and was forced to leave the rest behind. It felt like a scam, to be honest. Extremely disappointing and...

The waiter Sergio was serving us with too much show and arrogance. He even told the kids what to do how to put the dishes on the table. Food came quick and only the pasta was acceptable. My wife's dish with grilled vegetables was only a plate with"rabbit" food. My sons pizza was slappy. A real joke compared with other restaurants. At the end Sergio came with a story about cash payment only. I didn't understand so he went angry for the card terminal. After the payment with card he threw the card and ticket on the table with the words "this is for the service". What a looser. A tip you have to deserve, you cannot demand. I gave it 2 stars, because the food was not uneatible and the waiter was nice. But food like one served here one would expect ina restaurant in Alps, that would want to serve fish dishes, not at the sea side! My baked octopus consisted of two small tentacles and exactly 6 spoons of vegetables. And my wife's squid goulash with stale polenta... I guess it was sqiud, if it said so on the bag cook opened. Nudles "frutti di mare" are not worth to be served at sea. When sea food is so obviously taken fresh from the freezer and served with five fresh clamps, it can be only taken as an insult.
