I am a regular customer - had an online meeting there to have lunch afterwards - meeting carried on for longer than expected - moved from one table outside to corner table outside on my own accord to make space for potential customers - was asked to leave the second table as I am costing the manager money and qoute " You only had one cuppachino".....qoute " I will be happy to lose you as a customers because you are costing me money" - there were avaliable empty tables outside as well as inside for any customers to be seated and have lunch - terrible customers service and left a very bad taste in my mouth - this was also done infront of all the other customers..... terrible experience 😪...
Read moreThe manager is extremely unprofessional and rude, I went there the first time and didn't know the order process. The waitress, who I find out is actually the manager, called me out in front of the whole restaurant. It was extremely embarrassing and totally uncalled for.
If you can't handle the pressure, you shouldn't be in the service industry.
You should be mature enough to manage any situation, as your staff is always watching you.
It is clear she was going through something and took it out on me.
To call out a customer that way, in front of others, is just tasteless.

It honestly felt like a foodie version of “home away from home.”
🍊 For dessert, I tried the marmalade slice — and wow. It literally tasted like Christmas in a bite. The tangy marmalade on the side was the perfect touch.
