It is always full and the management can't operate the shop and the customer expectations. The store is situated in a busy area but the management does not want to:

  1. increase employees
  2. there's always ready chicken one has to always wait for 10 to 15 minutes for the chicken to be ready.
  3. there is no space enough to separate the people collecting food and people waiting to be served...

Awesome dining experience in Cape Town. Upon arrival at the front of the building, an attendant service for those who are paying with card. Upon seating, gold standard staff helps you with the selection of perfect meal, and helps you savor the experience for the next couple of hours. Food was awesome and Great place to dine during lunch time . I'm happy thank you...
