KFC Cape Town Station — Restaurant in Foreshore

Today on the 6th of November 2025, came into the store to purchase the R10 ice cream. I was told to use the self-service machine. I tried to attempt the order but the cone ice cream was not displayed on machine. I told the cashier that was present about this matter, She told me that the other guy 'I guess will the load the ice cream onto the system' then I can attempt to order. I waited for some couple of minutes, I reattempt to order still the same issue persist. She was so nonchalant and coining her coin😏 I decided to sit down and charge my gadgets. I was there for about 30minutes or so the lady(cashier) did not even bother to update me on what was happening. I guess my R10 did not count, maybe if I had a big order o was going to get better or rather decent customer service. I am guessing the tills were not operating that is why I could not even pay on the till🙃But other customers who came other me where assisted botb on the till and the self-self. I am not going to mention names but the lady know herself, Am so disappointed in you😶It's 12:10 as Am typing this review and left the fast-food. I do not want to see any fake apologies from your store under this review. It's clear that y'all are biase when it comes to delivering 5 stars...

Yesterday on the 27 December 2024, I bought a burger with chips and Coke Zero. The food was rotten, the chipps was dry, old or expired, like it was made 2 days before, too much salt, and tasted rotten. The burger was not fresh, cheese was molded including the chicken breast inside, even the tomato was just something else. The ice cream melted before I even went outside. I wasted my R81 for food I am not going to finish. How can this store sell old food for its customers? You guys need Health and Safety people for this store. I am so angry because now I have stomach bug for eating...

Third time purchasing from this particular KFC. Terrible chicken every time. Last two times, it was tasteless. Today it smelled off and extremely oily. Staff is great, the service is great, the place is very clean - but the chicken is an extreme disappointment. KFC really needs to revisit the quality of chicken from this branch, you're inviting food poisoning. Not edible at all. I will definitely not be wasting my money here again. Never had this issue at KFC Long Street. This one is only convenient for me due to the location. Third time was...
