LIV on Bree — Restaurant in City Centre

I just want to start by saying I'm very disappointed in my experience at Liv on Bree. We booked and reserved a table only for us to be told at the door that they lost the phone with reservation, that managed to appear again after sometime. We were taken down stairs as the table we had reserved outside was not available.

We were later moved outside, when we ordered we waited 45 minutes for our drinks order to arrive, this is after countless times of asking anyone who works there to check. The food arrived 50 minutes later only for the rice to be off. And when the bill came we had to pay service fee😭😭 for what service??! yho.

I got to this place by 17:09 and it took them 30mins to acknowledge that I haven't been served. Fast forward 18:38, as I typed this, I haven't received the food I ordered at 17:40. No communication from the waiter with regards to what could be the issue with so much time delayed. Seems like they serve best those that they know and VIP, if you are a walk in person this inch 🤏 of you being served with sense of urgency is slim. It's really a nice place but I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here. Simple, come with patience that will at least help you survive 4hrs to be served a simple...

My friends and I went out for Brunch yesterday , the 4th of May. The service was very slow and they seemed to care more about the VIP customers than the people who came to for brunch. My two friends ordered their 7 colors meal and the rice smelled and tasted off and we learnt it was cooked the night before not the day. Mind you my friends informed the waiter about the rice and we got no apology. I myself had a burger. Overall this morning we all woke up with stomach bugs and a runny tummy.
