Ordered a Chicken Big Mac large meal with a large orange juice for delivery. My order was wrong so I drove to the Macdonald's and went to the counter. The lady first said to me I must wait 10min and then came back and said I must go around the corner to the Uber section at the side of Macdonald's. When I got in there it was so disgustingly dirty and it took 10min for one of the Uber drivers to have to eventually tell the Macdonald's worker to help me. The employee then told the Uber no he will help me when he is done with the Ubers orders. Another 10min he eventually came to me. He was then very unprofessional and unfriendly. Once I explained my problem (My orange juice was apple juice in two small cups and my large chips were filled half way, and instead of a Chicken Big Mac they had given me a regular Big Mac) I asked the employee if I could now go wait inside Macdonalds where customers are supposed the be and he told me no I must wait inside of that narrow dirty room with no space and Uber drivers on top of me because that's where deliveries go. I then waited 10min minutes eventually getting very uncomfortable as a customer and went inside where he noticed me clearly and made a sly remark of "Oh you there now". I am honestly digested in the way I was treated as a customer and the manners of the employees and the hygiene of the store. I would like to hear back from a Manager about this as I have never in my life been treated...
Read moreI rarely leave reviews, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I had a very disappointing visit at McDonald’s yesterday. I placed my order at 19:47:59 for a cheesecake pie and a doughnut, and only received it at 20:06 — almost 20 minutes later. It shouldn’t take that long for such simple items.
When I went to the counter to ask about my order, I stood there for nearly 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Another customer came to stand next to me, and the staff member spoke to her instead, thinking the order was hers, then walked away without saying anything to me. I had to ask, “Excuse me, are you not going to acknowledge me?” before anyone actually helped.
Another lady then came to assist and told me to sit down, saying she would call my number. The service overall was very poor, and I honestly don’t understand why people are still treated differently , we are all the same and deserve the same level of respect.
To make matters worse, my whole family also had issues with their orders. They waited just as long, and some of the burgers they received were even short. This shows it wasn’t just a once-off mistake but a lack of proper attention and care.
McDonald’s needs to take this seriously and make sure all customers are treated fairly and served...

Oreo McFlurry with extra caramel sauce. Ordered and paid for. Got to the collection window, only to be told that they no longer sell Caramel sauce (another spoiler, we went to the other McDonalds down Marine Drive and they had.) We were offered Strawberry or Chocolate sauce. I asked for Chocolate sauce and requested just a lil extra to make up for our disappointment in not getting our desired sauce. Will this “manager” say that she can’t do that. Where in your life can a manager not have the ability to just offer such a simple token to a customer in return for satisfaction? Seriously McDonalds. Please learn to train your managers properly. I have never met such an incompetent manager in my entire life. Oh and thanks for making me idle for 5mins to wait...
