We're a bit boring as we usually have the same food each time. The chicken satay (starter) comes with delicious sauces & I sometimes also order the deep fried prawns. The ginger chicken is a family favourite (it's delicious), but this time (March 2015), returning to Natti's with Mom and my niece, I decided I 'had' to have something different from the delicious ginger chicken, as both Mom & Amber had decided (before we even arrived at the restaurant) that they would order it. I went to check out the blackboard to make my decision. My Pad Thai with prawns was really delicious and I'm so glad I was 'forced' to try something different. Now, of course, this makes my decision of main meal more difficult on my next visit to Port Elizabeth; Mom doesn't eat prawns, so we can't share. I was lucky that Mom didn't manage her whole portion of the ginger chicken, so I enjoyed it for lunch the following day while Mom was out on for lunch.

Read moreNatti and Mark run a very interesting Thai restaurant, it's a must visit because it is so very casual and relaxing. Nothing fancy or pretentious about the place, what you see is what you get. There is no fuss or bother in the place, Mark is a very approachable and friendly guy. We immediately felt at home, 4 men out for supper, and he recommended a medley of Thai dishes, we simply loved them all, ranging from hot curries to delicate dumplings. We brought our own wine (they are not licensed for some strange reason) and we proceeded to order even more food, it was that good, thanks to Natti's expertise in the kitchen. Hope to go back soon when I am...
Read moreDon't expect Natti's to be just another restaurant, it's an experience worth experiencing. Menus and drinks are not brought to your table, you help yourself. Old familiars know this, but if you're new, it can be confusing because you are not told this on arrival. They are not licensed, so bring your own wine. The food is very tasty and authentic (according to a source who's been to Thailand). I enjoyed every dish we ordered. Loved the prawn green curry, satay sauce and pad thai. The service is slow, so don't go there if you're in a hurry. But the food is...
