I ordered food from wimpy boardwalk this morning. Ultimate meaty feast (lemon & herb) and flippin’ flapjack ( snowfreeze). My order came out wrong, meat (barbecue instead) with salty pap, didn’t get my snowfreeze instead I got cream ( which I don’t like), the flapjacks were dry and not drizzled with honey as supposed to. I immediately called wimpy after recieving the food. Some lady took my number saying they’ll get back to me in a few minutes, WHICH THEY NEVER DID. About 4 hours later I called AGAIN, now speaking to the MANAGER who claimed to know about my case but couldn’t get back to me cos they have a problem with their phone in terms of outgoing calls ( 🤔WOW!!). Then she blames the UBEREATS people saying there isn't much she can really do, the only thing is for me to come tomorrow morning have coffee with her😳😳 ( so I need to take a Taxify at my own expenses to go have coffee with the Manager as a way of getting my order right or being compensated??) if i wanet to go there I wouldn’t have ordered. After a long misunderstanding with the MANAGER we then agreed that they UberEat a correct dessert to me I gave them my address and contact details. IT’S BEEN OVER 6 HOURS NOW I’M STILL WAITING FOR MY DESSERT, maybe I’ll get it when Jesus comes. Never ordering or going there to eat. I’m extremely disappointed ,bad service...

The owner however, does not treat his staff well, he talks to them as if they are his children. He sat outside, when he finished his meal we we’re disturbed from inside by him shouting at one of his male staff members, the staff member tried to explain himself to the owner, to no avail he tried explaining himself to the manager who was insider near us. The owner then shouts from outside the staff members name however the staff member followed the manager. The owner proceeded to pursue the staff member. As customers sitting in the dining area, we do not know what happens at the back but we could hear things being banged and we could hear the owner shouting at the staff member. The owner thereafter left. I hope nobody supports a restaurant that does not treat...
Read moreArriving at dirty tables. Waiting long for just your drink order. Waited 40min this morning. Had to ask 3 different staff just for our coffee. When we eventually got it, it was wrong order. Then second time my husband's cappuccino was still wrong. Ordered 1 toasted chicken and mayo and cheese and tomato omelet. Another half an hour later we received our food. Chips old and instead of brown toast we received white toast. I got my plate Infront of me, noticing a piece of hair that put me off straight away. Returned my food changing it with just a slice of toast. Again I got white toast instead of brown and that in a bowl, not even a plate. Left it there. Started to butter my one slice just to see I was given a butter that's been used by someone else already. That was just disgusting. Sorry, but this will be my last breakfast...
