KFC Overport — Restaurant in Essenwood

Usually use it due to the proximity due to ridge road, but the service was bad. The cashier was speaking in zulu saying oh god these people , she seemed annoyed that we had a medium order for well over R600 as we often frequent kfcs, when we had any specifications she kept rollin her eyes and being sarcastic. She felt its okay to give us short change and was unhappy we asked its about the principle and ethics. Yet as a customer if you walk in and a rand short they wont give you the item. Unfortunately frontline staff are a representation of the branch & I wont pay, give them future business , to be met with such insulting ,demeaning behaviour. Hope they train their cashiers or replace them. For a better experience Good customer service along with food use the sherwood kfc, its worth the extra bit...

Terrible service my first experience went to buy strawberry crusher and they only gave me soda water wit a little stawberry juice..i drove back to the store to say the cashier it took 30 minutes to figure out there was no spirite in the machine to mix with the crusher..so i kindly said to the casher please add a little more strawberry juice..she said no must pay...and my petrol driving back there not even an apology damn. Today i bought gravy from there terrible you can taste the water mixed in it. Its late so most probably they used water to mix in the little gravy they had...lol never going back...poor service...cashiers got no smile when greating customers...so happy with the Sydenham branch...awesome taste chicken an good service...always greeted with smile...disappointed customer...

June 17 2020 i called 6 times wasted all my airtime on staff that could not understand me or take down my correct number and who could not call me back, just to place an order feesing a famiky of 4 which amounted up to R200, very poor customer service and phone etiquette spoke to supposed manager same story could not inderstand me resulted in airtime being waisted not even a call back, the deliver the order half as i orderd coleslaw and mash and gravy aswel i declined order as i ws unhappy with the order and poor disgusting service. I will never order or recommend anyone to order from the sparks road KFC ever again. I never had a problem with the other call center dealong with Springfield KFC...
