NetCafé — Restaurant in Essenwood

I asked Nosipho for 2 cheese & tomato sandwiches & 2 hot chocolate. My wife asked me if i wanted it toasted, i said no plain. I saw the white & brown sandwiches which i told Nosipho i will have & we asked for samoosas, i said gave me 2. Tash say they come in 3, i said ok we wasnt told. Give us 2 lots mixed. They couldn't understand that. Eventually we cleared that up. I informed Nosipho we will sit in to eat. A long time passed, no food. I went to the counter to ask why the delay. I was told they waiting for the samoosas as its being made fresh which was the most horrible samoosas i have ever had.I said let us have the the rest of the items in the mean time. Nosipho said its being toasted. I said we didn't want it toasted, however we will have it it rather than being delayed further. Charlene came over to find out what happened. I told her there is no communication with the staff. She was very unfriendly but did apologize for the confusion. Tash and the other hand was busy with Harry , & was very rude and arrogant as she explained to Harry what was going on while my wife was sitting close by. There is a serious lack of good customer service & values. Absolutely...
