Burger King Arlington House — Restaurant in Gauteng

Burger King is one of my favorite fast-food restaurant, if i don't go to Billy G I make sure i go to Burger King but today's experience at Arlington was the worst. We were assisted by cashier nomvuyiso the lady was uninterested or should I say she was bored by us i don't know.,cause firstly we asked for her assistance at the kiosk & she didn't bother she just stood by the till until we decided to go to the till & somehow that was the worst decision we took, we should have just completed our transaction at the kiosk because the lady was very rude, her attitude is overrated she was not helpful with anything. She didn't even welcome us. I really think crew from that shop need training regarding how to talk to guests cause the treatment I got there was not on, even management coz as she was being rude to us the manager was there the entire time & did nothing about I'm sorry but I'm never setting my foot in this branch, i had the worst experience ever. But all thanks to the guys in the kitchen my food was delicious burger was juicy 😋fries & wings were really fresh ❤️🔥 but please train your staff to be polite & friendly towards guests cause other branches u get the best service from crew / Cashiers we never come across...

So it was my second time ordering from this place. The first time i was very happy hence i returned about a week later. This time around i got the "we make the food thus you will eat what we give you" special. I ordered the double chilli cheese burger large, comes with large chips. Unfortunately i was served old chips, a small burger with stale buns and offish meat, had to ask about my jalapenos and instead of my berry blaze i was given apple flavor liquifruit. Cherry on top was a thread of what seems to be beard or pubic hair in the burger. Naturally, i threw the food out. It breaks my heart that i was treated this way and i unfortunately will never be eating at this place again. To the staff, whatever gave you the impression to treat me that way, bandla my bad. i was in no way rude to anyone of you hence i'm shocked by all this. Not quite certain what your expectations were regarding our customer-service provider relationship, but thankfully you never have to deal with...

The food is fine and staff is pleasant enough but their hygiene practices need some work especially the people that pack the chips and fill your drinks, never wearing gloves when handling the chips and pack them inside the bag holding it from the top with their palms touching the chips using the same hands they walk around touching our slips to see the order numbers and countertops with.
