KFC Johannesburg (Bree Street) — Restaurant in Gauteng

Really unhappy with my service I got from the store and how I was treated, I came in wanting to buy a streetwise meal (2 with chips) . The women at the till said she cant help me cz there is only a 3 piece and she only has that left, not asking me if I have enough to afford it, but telling me in away where it look like if I don't take it , I must leave......I asked one of the lady's there that was mopping the floor if there was a rest room to use the toilet,i stead of telling me that they were maybe about to close ,she said No with a very bad attitude, making me feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and very disappointed..if u are running a store u have to have self respect and be self disciplined, kind an carering..I was so disappointed...

Placed an order at 18:49. Still waiting for my order at 19:22. We really do understand that it's the 25th and it gets busy but I mean come on it's not the first 25th of the month to come u must be prepare for these dates knowing very well it will be busy alot of customers. Not sure looks like there is one person in the kitchen, 1 cashier 2 people at the handing of orders. Just a side note not all of us have our own transportation some of your customers commute and chose to use Kfs instead of walking down the road to Chicken licken were I wait 20 min max for chicken. Help us to support with pleasure. On top of it while waiting so long had to use the toilet it's so discusting. Left the shop around 19:40...

I'm so disappointed I always buy a Zinger Box Master & today I bought as usual & guess what there was no fillet they put some flat very small piece of chicken that looked like it belongs to the brekkie crunch or something. No chilli also very dry & not filing I feel like I literally bought a wrap bread only I wanted to return it but I was already at work .
