I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered 2 med and 1 small pizza for takeaway - was told it would take 12minutes. After around 20mins we start to ask what’s going on with our order. The lady who took the order ignores us - we’re asking her questions and she’s literally acting as if we’re invisible. We are order number 99 - now order 102,103, 104 are being collected but no sign of our order. Eventually a manager appears and says that the lady who took our order called her. We express dissatisfaction that the lady has not spoken to us to explain what was going on - now 30mins since the last we placed the order. The manager mumbles an apology and yet does not explain what happened. We asked for a refund and went to McD’s. I may add that many people were waiting for their delayed orders. They did eventually get theirs, unlike us. Not the first time we’ve had a bad experience here but obviously the worst. Shocking service; the cook does not wear gloves and the management is poor. Will not waste time...

I did order a double 2 leg pizza Spicy chicken and pepperoni Didn't take long but wrong order. Got spicy chicken and creamy chicken Talyn started raising his voice sayings who's fault is that ,when l addressed the issue. Eventually they corrected the mistake After some arguments. I never seen or heard in my life that a cashier shouts at the customer saying those kind of things. I suppose to check the ratings before ordering. I wonder why rated 3.3 Very disgusting service and attitude. Will never buy again...

Horrible experience , very rude and unprofessional service .The pizza was horrible ordered 5 large pizzas for a bunch of kids 2 of them barbecue which had raw onion and were drenched in loads of barbecue sauce . The kids could not eat it .. a waste of money . The drinks were supposed to be 16,90 but was charged 19,90 when I queried it the guy blamed my indecisiveness as I ordered . If you are not going to give the the discount don’t advertise it !!! I regretted going there .. a waste of money...
